May I know what's stopping you to write examination?

If you are suffering with any health issues, you still have a hope to get well as the exam is on September 30. Take rest, Don't get stressed and take medicines you will get well soon with good medication.

Now, if you got other problems, then it depends on the situation, if you can't attempt the examination seriously, then there's no other way to attempt the Examination. You should give on next attempt
