It's really sad that you missed your exam due to covid-19 pandemic
So now one thing is for sure that you will not be eligible for the counselling rounds
Now the options that you have are

1. You can get admissions in colleges through management quota seat
2. you can also get admissions based upon your JEE mains score
3. if you have not appeared for JEE mains as well you can pursue your studies in colleges where you can get admissions without any entrance test
4. you can also consider option to drop, take one year off, study hard and smart and next year appear for exams and through you dedication and zeal and effort through out the year crack any top level entrance like JEE mains or JEE advanced and get admission in one of the best college.

4th option is the most difficult but nowadays degree without any good colleges do not fetch good packages so I ve explained you the options you have now you can even explore more options as well as consider the above mentioned solutions and contemplate on them and take a wise decision as per your situation
