Due to some reasons i was not able to attend doccument verification on my given date .Can i still go and verify my doccument befor 4th july?

It actually depends on which university and which course you want. Most of the good and reputed universities wont let you come for the document verification after the date that was originally given by them no matter what reason you give however if you have some connections with any eminent person from that university they might hear you out. All the best.
