duet exams are conducted after all cutoff lists for merit based admission are declared , what of I take admission in any merit based course and than also clears and get selected in one of entrance based course ?

You should take admission in a merit based course if you get the chance. If you get selected in any of the entrance based courses afterwards you can withdraw your admission from the previous college and take admission in the college that you have got on the basis of the entrance test(if you want). There will be no problem. However it will also depend on which college you have prior taken admission in on the basis of your merit.
