During 2nd councelling (APICET), Do they release list of colleges participating or no..also process will be one leave one fill?

Generally colleges which participated in first round
Participated in second round also, there will be no change in colleges but generally top colleges always gets filled, may you don't find some top colleges.yes process will be same.
