An acknowledgement card and a verification slip will be issued to the candidates at the end of successful document verification. It means that your document verification is done successfully. And, you can proceed to fill and lock the choices of colleges within specified dates.

The slip is nothing to do with cancelling or accepting a seat allotment. You might need to submit it in time of your admission.
