Hello student,

During counseling for admissions, both the student's and parents' documents are typically required to verify eligibility and identity. Here’s a general list of documents commonly asked for both:

Documents Required from the Student:

  1. NEET Score Card or Entrance Exam Rank Card : Proof of exam performance.

  2. Admit Card of Entrance Exam : Hall ticket to confirm eligibility for counseling.

  3. 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates : Educational qualification verification.

  4. Transfer Certificate (TC) : Issued by the last institution attended.

  5. Migration Certificate : If applicable, for students from different boards or states.

  6. Character Certificate : Verifying behavior and conduct from the last institution.

  7. Caste Certificate (for reserved categories): Valid proof of category, if applicable.

  8. Domicile/Residence Certificate : Proof of state of residence.

  9. Income Certificate (for economically weaker sections): Income verification for fee concessions.

  10. Passport-sized Photos : As specified by the counseling authorities.

    Documents Required from Parents:

  11. Identity Proof : PAN card, Aadhar card, or passport to verify identity.

  12. Address Proof : Aadhar card, voter ID, or utility bill to confirm residence.

  13. Caste Certificate (if applicable) : If the student is applying under a reserved category, some authorities may request proof of the parent's category status.

  14. Income Certificate : Required if applying under income-based reservation or scholarships.

    Additional Documents:
  • Affidavit/Gap Certificate : If there was a gap in the student's education.
  • Medical Certificate : For certain courses requiring a fitness declaration.
  • Affidavit for Name Differences : If there are discrepancies in names between documents, an affidavit is recommended.

Ensure that all documents are attested and bring several photocopies along with the originals, as they may be required for verification.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
