During counselling in IIT.The medical board only check pwd certificate or they examine pwd student by calculating the disability percentage?

Hello Aman.
See during the counselling time they will only examine ur disability certificate as they only need a proof that u belong to the PWD criteria and are eligible for the benefit.
But during the admission in the opted college there is a medical round in which u might be checked according to ur disability as many of the criteria require certain min amount of disability to get benefitted. Like in eye vision u must be having a power above 7 for getting benefitted.

Sir please tell me whether I will get pwd reservation in Jee mains/Advanced if I have pwd certificate with 40% disability and an Unique Disability Identity card got from ministry of empowerment and social justice for disabled person.Sir I am having temporary locomoter disability.Sir please tell me whether I have to face any problem regarding pwd reservation during taking admission in IIT/NIT.Whether the medical board will reject me for taking admission in college due to temporary locomoter disability.
