Hello there!

Mitosis is observed during cell division in embryonic development stage...The zygote initially divides to form a 2-celled embryo. Then each of these cells undergoes mitosis and divides, bringing the number of cells to 4.

Hi!

To answer your question during embryogenesis, the zygote undergoes repeated mitotic (mistosis) division with no significant growth.

It is the process by which a foetus is developed from the zygote known popularly as embryonic development. Starting from the fertilization of ovum by a single sperm cell.
