During filling of form for NEET UG, I have applied as Genral candidate. Can I go for counseling as OBC candidate which is recognized in particular State.

No you can not able to change your caste now. A correction window was opened by the NTA to correct the some details of the candidates, it was closed now. You can not able to change your caste. You can visit the official site https://neet.nta.nic.in/ . Hope this information helpful for you.
