I don't think it's possible to change your category from general to obc as the results have been announced and you have been allotted a rank in the CRL.
Nta does give you opportunity to edit any such details before the jee mains exam. So it's a fault by your side you didn't edit at that time.
You can try predicting the college you can get through your crl rank of jee mains and advanced here
