During my neet choice filling process it is showing 306 choices available ..what do you mean by that ? Am I eligible to all those 306 colleges according to my merit and category ?

Yes. You can select any number of Colleges that you want during Choice filling and locking. There is no limit for the number of Colleges that you can fill in. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by DGHS. So the Colleges are 306 in total. And you can select the Colleges and the seat will be allotted based on your merit and preference.
