During ntse stage exam i will be above 18 years .Am iI eligible for ntse 202-22 or not

Hello,

No you will not be eligible for NTSE as the eligilbity criteria states that the candidate who are below 18 years of age are eligible for NTSE. Students studying from the open board, below 18 years of age, unemployed and appearing in class 10 for the first time are also eligible to appear for NTSE stage 1.  NCERT has prescribed the eligibility criteria of NTSE exam for Indian and abroad students.  National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) conducts NTSE 2021 exam in 2 stages.

Sir while filling the form for NTSE exam 2021-22 I will be 17 years but in the month of November I will be 18 years of age and you know that NTSE stage 1 exam for 2021-22 might be in the month of January 2022 . Now sir can you please tell me I am eligible or not.
