Hi Vishaka,

You don't have to pay registration fee while registering for CAP Round. After the allotment of seat, you are required to pay the 'seat acceptance fee' which depends on your category (general/reserved). It is still recommended that you go through the information brochure-CAP released on the official website to avoid any confusion.
