During registration for chhatisgarh mbbs/bds I have filled my date of birth correctly, but it is wrong in the registration form. What to do.

I think you might have done mistake while entering, it's not late you can still contact the board and get that corrected, they will surely help you out. Change it without fail or else it will cause problem in future
