During seat allotment, one used to get only one college or options of colleges to choose as per her rank??

During seat allotment you will get only one college where seat will be allotted to you.
However, you can choose for seat upgradation, if not satisfied. You will have a chance to get a seat in higher allotments as per your rank, seat availability and choices filled by you.
