during the registration my application form isnt getting saved , and im not able to do the next step and its showing student information is incomplete

As you haven't mentioned which exam are you talking , I am saying this from the general perspective:
- Check the files you have uploaded didn't exceed the maximum size.
- Don't use auto-fill during the form fill up because some times websites don't take the input that way and thus the info didn't get saved.
- Check that you have provided all the mandatory details required and didn't missed any of them.
- Check the instructions again in the website and make sure you aren't missing any point unfollowed.
These are the basic problems that usually occur and the form don't get submitted. So just recheck the above provided points and if then also your problem didn't get solved then I would say contact the competent authority and discuss the problem. They will guide you a way out.

The problem may be arising due to poor network connection at your place or due to lot of traffic on the portal. What you can do is, try refreshing and entering the details again. Check network connection. If this doesn't help, you can contact the respective helpdesk and ask the for the same. They may suggest you the solution.
