Dwarfism is considered under PWD reservation. As of now, Physical disabilities like locomotor disability, visual impairment, hearing impairment, speech and language disability, intellectual disability, mental behaviour, disabilities caused due to chronic neurological conditions and blood disorders and multiple disability including deafness are only considered. Dwarfism falls under Locomotor disability. Depending on your Category, you are eligible for PWD reservation because PWD doesnt have vertical reservation. It is a horizontal reservation within your Category.

Yes. Let's say you belong to General Category, with your PWD reservation, you will be considered under UR-PWD and given appropriate reservation under PWD quota.
