should i deposit fee in thapar ?? whether at 42498 rank ..there is any hope of upgradation in CSE till final cutoff??
i don't know that much.....but before depositing fees check ur chances everywhere

You have chances to get IITs based on your marks. If you can hold your seat then hold it till JEE Advanced rank are out.
