Don't worry because as per the information bulletin released by NTA for NEET 2021, there is no any necessity to have name and date on Photograph but it was recommended so not worry for anything because this is very small issue and it would not create any difficulty for you in future. And if your uploaded images are as per the specifications given below then it won't get rejected :-

-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),

-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),

-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and

-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
