Candidates must verify if they fulfil the eligibility conditions for their selected EFLU courses before filling out the application form. In 2022, the English and Foreign Languages University will offer around 14 postgraduate, 3 teacher education, and 8 undergraduate EFLU courses. EFLU Eligibility Criteria for BA course:

Candidates must have completed a 10+2 level education/intermediate exam/equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate for General/OBC students and a minimum of 45 percent aggregate for SC/ST candidates.

The total score in the English subject must be taken into account.

Candidates who are going to take their qualifying examinations must pass them by the time they apply for admissions, with a minimum aggregate score.

General/OBC students must have received a minimum aggregate of 50% in B.A. English, while SC/ST students must have received a minimum aggregate of 45 percent in B.A. English, or the equivalent percentages for corresponding categories in M.A. English.
