See you are asking about two branches which are completely different. But if I consider what different people told me and what I think.
Electronics and instrumentation engineering is getting bigger day by day. Nowadays even in many companies you are given training on instrumentation engineering , so that you will apply it in your works. So it's better to have a knowledge from before.
CSE it's all time favourite. College is also not bad but lower than nit Rourkela. Yet CSE has good placement records. So if you have passion for CSE then go for it....
