Einstein's mass energy relationship is one of the most amusing theorem which states that the total energy offer system remains conserved even if the mass of body changes. In simpler words one can understand that energy and mass are interconvertible and the total energy is always the same, it just transfers from one form to other. The relation is given by E=mc² and was first proved by Einstein using the dual nature of light.
