Hello
see aspirant the 10th classes marks does not matter at all to get admission in any college. And in many colleges even 12th marks have no weighatge what just matters is how much you scored in entrance exam. But if you want to pursue engineering from good university then you must maintain your PCM above 75% and your +2 concepts should also be very clear. Just maintain this much percentage and score well entrance exams like JEE , BITSAT, TANCET and you will get admission in best colleges.
But the bottom line is 10th marks do not matter much, but if they are too low then you might not get science stream and thus no engineering line. So maintain your 10th % above 75% too.
Hope this helps
Hey !
I assume that you want to know the minimum percentage for pursuing electrical and electronics engineering , but you have not mentioned whether you are asking about bachelors or masters. So , i am mentioning both.
The basic eligibility criteria for a B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is 10+2 or equivalent examination, with minimum 50% of marks in Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics). While for post graduate programs, one should have done B.E/B. Tech in electrical engineering with minimum 50% marks.
So , your marks in 10th do not matter for taking admission in electronics further.
Hope it helps!
