Madhu, it depends on the State you belong to. For example, Maharashtra, conducts admission to BPT on the basis of NEET scores. And States like AP, Telangana conduct admissions based on merit scored in their 12th. The basic educational qualification remains the same though. You should have completed your 12th with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects. The minimum aggregate is the same as NEET for Maharashtra as in you need to score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
