- Must have at least 50% marks in 10+2 in Science stream having Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics from a recognised board / university.

Tezpur University does not offer B.Sc (Hons) course. It offers B.Tech, Integrated courses, MA, M.Sc, PhD, PG Diploma courses in various disciplines.
