To get admission in B.E/B.Tech courses in Thapar University, you will have to apply for TIET B.Tech.

TIET B.tech eligibility criteria is as follows-

Nationality: Candidates have to be a citizen of India to be eligibe for admission to B.Tech programmes at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.

Age limit: Candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1993 to be eligible for admission. Candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC/ ST/ PH will have 5 years of relaxation in these criteria.

Qualifying exam scores, subjects and JEE Main scores

Candidates must have secured minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the following subjects- Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational. (55% marks in case of reserved categories)
