eligibility criteria for wbjee
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination or the WBJEE is a state-government controlled centralized test, conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board for admission to many private and governmental engineering institutions in West Bengal.
Candidates should have qualified 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board and council with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology as compulsory subjects with at least 60% (50% for reserved category students) aggregate marks.
WBJEE is a state engineering entrance examination. The age limit for WBJEE is that you must have 17 years in minimum but there are no upper limit. But if you wish to go for Marine Engineering then the maximum age is 25 years.
The marks requirement is that the student must have done PCM in 10+2 with atleast 60% marks (45% for reserved category students). Also the student must pass in all the subject. In english the student must pass with at least 30% marks.
