Eligibility for ba entrance exam du 2019 is 60 in 12th but i got 595 so can i apply for it still

i am assuming that your marks are 59.5 since you wrote 595.
no, you cannot apply for an entrance exam if you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
all the universitites strictly follow the basic eligibility rule. even if you apply for it, you will be rejected at a later stage.
you may visit the delhi university office or call to request the higher authorities but that won't make a difference anyway.
pls refer to the other courses for which you are eligible.
