Eligibility to register in to comedk are as follow-

Qualifying Exam:-

• To be eligible for COMEDK UGET 2019, candidates need to have appeared in second PUC or 10+2 Higher Secondary or any equivalent exam as recognized by State/ Central Government.

Qualifying Exam Subjects:-

• Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with English as a compulsory subject in their last two years of their 10+2 or any equivalent qualifying exam.

Qualifying Exam Marks:-

• Candidates belonging to General category need to have passed their qualifying exam with at least 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates also need to have qualified in these subjects individually.
• For candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories of Karnataka State, they need to have 40% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. They also need to have qualified in these subjects individually.

For B.Tech/ B.E. Programmes in Biotechnology/ Biology:-

• Candidates must have studied and passed Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio technology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as one of the optional subjects in their qualifying exam.
• In case of any changes, the eligibility criteria prescribed by AICTE will be adopted.

For Diploma:-

• Diploma candidates will not be eligible to appear in COMEDK UGET 2019 entrance exam as there are no lateral entry admissions.
