Hello Katakam Chandrika,

There are hardly any colleges that offer admission through JEE Advance except IITs. All national and state level engineering colleges offer admission either through CETs or JEE Main as per the guidelines issued. The top engineering colleges after IITs are  NITs. Apart from this, other top level engineering colleges all over India are:

1. BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore

2. Birla Institute of Science and Technology, (This college conducts its own entrance test as well, know as BITSAT)

3. Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra

4. College of Engineering, Pune( It accepts JEE Main scores and Maharashtra state based CET,  MHT CET)

5. Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Thiruvananathpuram

6. Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai

7. Internation Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

8. Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi

9. Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal

10. Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Pyayagraj

Depending on your interest, there are few specialisation colleges as well like ICT, Mumbai, so do check for every information before you start applying for different colleges. If you want more clarification, do mention it in comments section.

I hope the above mentioned information is helpful to you.

All the best...!!!

Hey,

For intermediate marks there is no top government colleges. Although you can go for top private institutions through JEE mains like Thapar patiala, jaypee noida or you can even check for amity University noida.

Hope this solves your query.

Good Luck!!
