I think you want to know about the engineering colleges with fees in range 70k - 80k.

There are various IITs and NITs which charge a fees below 80k per year for B. Tech.

However, if you look for non government colleges for engineering, there are good colleges like Manipal Institute of Technology , etc which charge a fees upto 1 lakh. Other universities on an average will charge above 1 lakh, and this is a bitter truth.
