hello Ronak Ajmeri
if you are doing engineering and not satisfied with your current status or college or you want to get a better college based upon your JEE MAIN selection then start preparing for the exam, so that you dont have to regret in the future that if you had tried once or twice more for the exam you would be in INDIA's one of the best colleges.
there are many people around that are doing good jobs yet preparing for the best posts and degrees, you might have heard of people passed UPSE , availed the posts and after that preparing for competitive exams .so its quite okay and all upon you .
All you need is to start preparations, once again you have to pick all those N.C.E.R.T books for the concerned subject and go through the syllabus of JEE MAINS exams . better opt for test series from a good institute in your area like AAKASH ,GOAL etc, there are many books like JEE ADVANCED EXPLORER by MTG and many from ARIHANT publications ,magazines providing you previous year questions , start solving them
you might face time management problems, to sort out that first you have to judge yourself how badly you want it , why you are again considering it, if you have a solid reason to achieve it, then you will definitely give it your priority time. morning at 4:00 am is best time to study of your own choice, as in the mid day you might be also attending your classes and after that completing your college projects.
you can visit youtube channels or many teaching apps where you can clear your doubts inside the chapter. and visit www.jeemain.nic.in for updates.

Dear Ronak,
Eng + jee-mains is possible if you are in 1st year of engineering because the course is similar.but after the 1st year you don't have a chance to get prepared.
according to me if you do engineering then forget about the jee-main and focus on your course curriculum.
good luck
Yes, why not especially when you are in 1st year in any engg college.
