The application form (Feb exam) will be available from 1st October 2018.  From 2019, the examination will be conducted through online mode (computer based exam). NEET 2019 Examination will be conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency) twice in a year  Confirmed.

Yes, English is a compulsory subject for NEET 2019. Following is the NEET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

NEET 2019 Eligibility Criteria-

10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects (Biology/Biotechnology as additional subjects will be considered) in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

Yes english and PCB are compulsory subjects for NEET UG exam and studnets can either opt for Biotechnology or Biology as optiin.
