To get admission in any government medical college through NEET you need to have 50% marks which are aggregate of physics, chemistry, biology and English. So if aggregate marks are making more than 50 or 50 percent then there is no need to be worried about while if it's not 50 then I guess you need to fill for the improvement examination and then you can apply for neet

The eligibility criteria to be able to appear for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(NEET) is to pass 12th from any recognized board with Physics,Chemistry, Biology and English. Unreserved category must have scored 50 percent in Physics,Chemistry and Biology while reserved category needs 40 percent.
