Hey,
The University of Delhi does not conduct entrance Test for admission to the B.Com Honours or B.Com Programme. The admission is solely based on your marks scored in 12th boards. The cutoff is generally  as high as 98 percent or above for B.com Honours in colleges like Shri ram College for Commerce.

Hey there!

No, you don't have to give an entrance exam to pursue Bcom from University of Delhi as it only conducts entrance exam for courses like BBE, BMS, B.El.Ed and more. So you want to pursue B.com, admission is done on the basis of your merit that is, the percentage you scored in 12th standard so no entrance exam is conduct for B.com.
