Essay on 'Good Deeds Reflects Good Characters' in 120 - 150 words.
GOOD DEEDS REFLECTS GOOD CHARACTER.
Respected Principal, worthy teachers and My dear friends. Today I stand before you to express my views on the topic 'Goods deeds reflects good character'.
Gandhiji had rightly said that, "If money is lost something is lost, But if character is lost everything is lost". Good deeds always reflects one's character. Some people try to do something different to impress others, which is very wrong. We need to be humble and polite. If we are kind, generous, helpful; our beautiful character is reviewed. We should always mind our words and actions. If a person behaves rudely, it shows her arrogance. We almost understand that we all live in deeds not in years. So, we should try to do good deeds so that we can leave a strong impact on the minds of the people. Hence, it is important that we should develop good character and do good deeds so that we can be remembered.
Thankyou!
It is rightly said that “Character is a diamond that scratches every stone”. Deeds that make others happy, content, blissful and joyful always reflect the true character of a person
Your deeds are those small things that your project onto others. The actions and attitudes that you carry towards others are a true reflection of who you are deep inside. It is often said that it matters how you treat a person when you don’t need him/her; a person whom you perceive to be below you.
The perfect judge of character would be to see how you behave when no one is watching. People often put on best behavior when they are watched, but a person with a strong moral character would always do the right thing.
People are born and people die, but some people even after they leave, leave behind them a trail of light that illumines the path for the striving followers. There are many instances throughout history which has taught us, “ A man is known by his actions”. Ordinary people act ordinarily. But it is the sign of true greatness when a person puts others interests before his own.
Longfellow in his, 'A Psalm of Life' has praised people with good character. He says:
"Lives of great men all remind us,
We can make our lives sublime,
And, departing, leave behind us
Footprints on the sands of time;"
