Solution : Given expression,
$\frac{0.04}{0.05}$ of $\frac{\left(3 \frac{1}{3}-2 \frac{1}{2}\right) \div \frac{1}{2} \text { of } 1 \frac{1}{4}}{\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{5} \text { of } \frac{1}{9}}$
= $\frac45\times\frac{(\frac{10}{3}-\frac{5}{2})\div\frac12\times\frac54}{\frac13+\frac15\times\frac19}$
Using the BODMAS rule,
= $\frac45\times\frac{(\frac{20-15}{6})\div\frac12\times\frac54}{\frac13+\frac{1}{45}}$
= $\frac45\times\frac{(\frac{20-15}{6})\div\frac58}{\frac13+\frac{1}{45}}$
= $\frac45\times\frac{\frac56\times\frac85}{\frac{15+1}{45}}$
= $\frac45\times\frac{\frac43}{\frac{15+1}{45}}$
= $\frac45\times\frac{4\times 45}{3\times 16}$
= $\frac{4\times 15}{5\times 4}$
= 3
Hence, the correct answer is 3.
