Even my class 12th standard marks is not in top 20 percentile or 75% and my jee main percentile is 99.92 . Am I eligible for NITs ?

No if you are not having 75% or in top 20 percentile then you'll not be eligible for admissions into nits it's eligibility criteria for admissions into nits, iiits etc.

To be eligible for NITs , IITs and GFTIs , it is mandatory that Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent. So if you fail to fulfil this you will no longer be eligible for NITs etc irrespective of what your percentile score is , even you get 99.9 percentile in jee main but don't fulfil its eligibility criteria then you will not be eligible and thus can not take admission in NITs etc.
