It totally depends upon your own planning and strategies for the future point of view because you know no one can't say about the tommorow's world. As coming to the scope point of view then I must say you that both the branches of engineering has the better chances of scope because both are good and the domain branches of engineering but yaah in CSE one can easily take a job of higher or lower package depending upon it's own efficiency in metropolitan cities but in Civil Department there will be a limited sector for the Job. But in Government Jobs Civil will be the preferred branch in comparison to the CSE.
