Even today the MCC site for UG Medical counselling shows 2018-19 year instead of 2019-20 and it doesnt allow me to login, whats going on

We too just noticed the same. Ideally the website might have not been updated yet. Its the same everywhere. May be give it some time like until noon and give it a try again.
