Dear Sahir, EWS reservations is an initiative by the Government of India. So it will be applicable for both All India and State Counsellings. For NEET UG 2019, under All India Counselling only Central Universities implemented EWS reservation as it was the pilot year. But by 2020, NMC will have a clear idea of how to implement EWS Reservation across both the Counsellings.
