hope you are doing great. As per your query I would like to tell you that answer to your query is very simple and remains same in all type of exam , if you are filling your form in open category then you dont need to present any certificates , then if you filll your form with ews category then surely you have to give ews certificate and if any other then you have to present that certificate too
