Now there are no more individual state level entrance examination like UP state entrance exam for ug medical courses like mbbs, bhms, bams ,bds etc. Now there is only one entrance exam called NEET for getting into all the medical colleges of India including all the aiims and Jipmer for ug medical courses.
So you need to appear for neet examination .

National Testing Agency has already released NEET 2020 application form on December 2, 2019, in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in.

You can fill neet application form only if you are eligible for it, you can check the neet eligibility criteria provided below :-

• You must have passed in Physics,

Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

• To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old or more by December 31st, 2020 .

• There's no upper age limit for neet 2020.

• There's no attempt limit for neet examination.

Steps you need to follow for filling neet application form are listed below "-

• First of all you need to do registration
• Then filling in the application of NEET 2020
• Now you need to upload scanned images of the documents
• Then NEET application fee payment
• And finally printing of confirmation page.

Also you need to upload following documents for filling neet application form :-

Your passport size photograph:- background should be white , preferably with name and date of taking the photograph. Photograph should not be with cap or goggles. The focus needs to be on face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background).

Postcard size picture:- Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019.Preferably with name and date of taking the photograph and should not be with cap or goggles.

Signature:- it should be on white Background with black pen; signature should be in running hand writing [not in capital letter].

Left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper

Class 10 passing certificate :- You should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading
