If You don't qualify JEE Main then also you will be able to see Your OMR sheets and even be able to challenge if there is any mistake in the answer OR OMR. You will be able to know Your Marks but there will be no rank for You If you failed to qualify JEE Main Exam.

The same thing goes with JEE advance but in that case, You won't be able to see Your marks at the time of Result declaration. You will be able to see marks a few days ago the result declaration.
