Except the condition of getting 75% in 12th board xams..is there any other inclusion of board marks in JEEMAIN ranking or admissions in NIT?

But it will help you in other things like some scholarship and in some other fields and entrance exam.

No board marks does not have any role in the rank calculation of a student the ranks in JEE main will be solely based on the performance in the test.
however for taking admission into NIT or IIT student need at least 75% if he or she belongs to OBC general category aur he or she must be within the top 20 percentile of that board for SC ST category either they must have 65 percentage in the board exam or must be within the top 20 percentile of that board.
The weightage of 12th class marks also plays an important role so don't neglect the 12th class meanwhile please refer the NCERT books and some of the best reference books and also refer the previous year question papers
