Correct Answer: $2(x^2+2x+10)$


Solution : Given: $(x+4)^{2}+(x-2)^{2}$
$=(x^{2}+4^{2}+8x)+(x^{2}+2^{2}-4x)$
$=2x^{2}+20+4x$
$=2(x^{2}+2x+10)$
Hence, the correct answer is $2(x^2+2x+10)$.
