Hello Pulkit,
The cutoffs vary mostly.
It actually depends on how many students score more. If few students only score somewhere near 140 then they'll have to lower the cutoff for sure.
And if you manage to score more than 100 in general category you'll definitely get into a good college. It may not be an NLU but IPUs and some other private colleges like Jindal Global law school or Nirma University are equally good in academics.
