If you want to avail college from your home state using the 85% state quota then you must inform score of above 500 so that you get a good Government Medical College seat in your own state availing the 85% state quota
If you want one of the good government college seats in other states availing 15% all India quota you should be aiming for score of above 550 if not above 600

Any score above 590 gives you a sure seat. Now it depends on your preference in college whether You’ll a require a higher score or not. A 550 score will gaurentee any government college you want.
To put an estimate, it'll be around 510-520.

It depends on whethere you are opting for state quota or All India Quota. If state quota it will further depend on which state you belong to: No. of government medical seats, No. of aspirants that year, performance of your state that year etc.
In general, a score of 580+ maybe required to apply through AIQ and 550+ is a safe score to get a medical seat via state quota.
The cut off marks varies each and every year.Cut off marks usually within 310-330.But if score above 450.It will be safe as there will be a chance.For sure shot for top College in case west bengal younhave to score above 550

Actually it varies every year.As it depends upon percentile marks which itself varies every year.But cut off marks within 310-320 for general cat,sc 230-250,st 210-240 etc.
