- GATE cut-off marks will be decided by the committee constituted by IIT by taking all the factors into consideration.
- Only after scoring the cut-off marks candidates will be able to proceed further in admission process.
- GATE 2018 will have two components , cut-off marks and cut-off rank.
- On the basis of cut-off ,applicants will be shortlisted for counselling and admission.
